Growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and being gifted the opportunity to connect with so many individuals, Cal Care’s founder realised that the natural relationships that blossom within the community are essential to effective support.

Working for years side-by-side with participants while studying school teaching, Cal Care’s founder understood that beneficial support isn’t provided by someone who just signs up for a job, but is developed by those who are inspired to care for and learn from others.

We believe that just like any relationship, the partnership between caregiver and participant is as unique as you are yourself. Hence, Cal Care’s connection of like-minded individuals sparks naturally inspired experiences that lead our participants to success socially, within the community, and within the home, as they set and achieve their goals.
